I would:
1) restart the computer in SAFE mode with networking.
2) try to connect to the internet and download and run SpeedPC Pro from this web page http://softdownloads.com/slow-computer/

You should restart your PC in SAFE mode, and then do the scan.

i want to format my pc but idon’t have logiciel of windows xp; help please!!!!!!!!
I have an older computer and have been trying to skype but it seems to only work for a couple of minutes before the screen freezes then I have to reboot. It gets quite frustrating having to reboot every couple of minutes. I have Skype 6.1 loaded onto my computer.
Can you advise what I can do?

I have BT broadband which contains MacAfee are part of the package.

It should not interfere. However, you can change the default setting for Speedy PC Pro to run on demand i.e. only when you want to start it.
The McAfee antivirus software should be running at all times to protect your computer.

For some time now I have been unable to access WalMart online shopping. Could SpeedyPro PC be blocking my access? I can access it from my Kindle, but a very tortuous job since I am old, disabled, and my fingers don’t work too well.
